BIOGRAPHY
Nova Dando is an award winning creative director & film-maker based in London. Her clients span beauty, fashion, & luxury working 360° across campaigns from creative strategy to direction for TV, video & social.A founding creative director at TikTok Europe, Nova is currently Global Creative Director at the channel’s in-house creative agency, developing full funnel campaigns for key clients including L'Oréal, L.V.M.H + Gucci.
Nova leads creative strategy, art direction & production with culture-first conceptual thinking & hands-on execution.
Prior to TikTok, Nova was signed to RSA Films & The Ridley Scott Creative Group where she directed large scale production shoots for Conde Nast, Refinery29 & TK Maxx.
Nova is fluent in the language of culture, fusing trends with data & insight to ideate award winning campaigns that connect communities, & deliver measurable business results. She’s a creative storyteller, with a commercial mindset.
Since graduating from Central St Martins 20 years ago, Nova has consistently been at the forefront of the fashion & music industry, a maven in forecasting trends, & applying them to commercial brand partnerships. Nova has been featured in Grazia Magazine’s Cool List, & NME’s most 50 influential people in music videos, for her work with M.I.A, La Roux & The Gossip.
Nova is an industry recognised guest lecturer in creative direction, for prestigious institutions including London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins & The Conde Nast College of Fashion & Design.
